Pioneered by Fusion, it allows the customer to download joint data electronically, direct from the automatic butt fusion machine or electrofusion box to an office computer. Powerful but easy to use ‘find’ facilities allow quick, accurate searches that may involve large amounts of information. Pie charts and graphs displayed on screen enable quick and easy visual analysis of this information, which may be related to the integrity of the joint itself, operator performance or project details. This is invaluable when assessing costs and training needs and the Data Transfer System as a whole provides  a means of attracting new clients and giving existing clients total satisfaction.
